Towering approximately 120 feet over downtown the mill complex that served the Producers Co-Op in New Braunfels now marks the site for an exciting new concept. This unmistakable landmark once moved grain through a series of bucket elevators, storage bins and milling equipment. Most of the historic mill complex remains intact to serve as both a unique backdrop for a future use and a reminder of the site’s important agricultural history. After extensive cleaning, strengthening and reinforcement the superstructure is ready to take on a whole new life. The concept pictured shows this area repurposed as a bar with the potential to serve patrons throughout the Co-Op Marketplace.
