Historic downtown New Braunfels co-op gets dining and shopping rebirth
The construction will begin next year.
A historic building in the Texas Hill Country will soon undergo a massive transformation with the goal of becoming a public destination. By the end of it, the project should become a new place for residents to hang out and relax in downtown New Braunfels.
On Wednesday, November 16, the former New Braunfels Producers Co-Op and it’s nearly 2.5 acres is being repurposed into a multi-use development called Co-Op Marketplace, according to a news release. The Co-Op Marketplace is expected to open in fall 2024.
